The 90’s in Kalamazoo, Michigan. It was a unique and special time, one of those small windows in a community where artists are at their most prolific, and before the capitalists moved in and raised the rent.
I had the good fortune to work with some of the most creative people I have known in this project called Irridescence. First live-in studio, first time most people had seen a clarinet in a rock band, and the last time I had access to multiple places to throw parties all within a few blocks.
These are two of our studio recordings of a couple of my favorite songs.
